Amenities

Several community amenities are available for Princeton residents to enjoy. Adjacent to our community are Princeton and Stanford Parks, a sand volleyball court, tennis courts, a tot lot with picnic area, a soccer field, and two swimming pools each with a spa and BBQ at the pool.

Princeton residents also have access to the recreation areas at Cornell Park which boasts a Junior Olympic size pool, spa, tennis courts and a basketball court, and; Columbia Square Park with its pool, spa, BBQ, tot lot, and basketball and volleyball courts.

All community facilities are managed by Town Center Association (TCA). TCA is an HOA professionally managed by Keystone Pacific Property Management. Town Center HOA is separate from Princeton HOA.
